O HOUSE

Home staging for an award-winning courtyard home

Some homes call for a particularly thoughtful finishing touch. At O House in Dublin 6, Diana and the MKOD team staged a striking contemporary home whose rooms wrap around a circular garden. Our approach was to bring warmth, comfort and personality to the interiors while allowing the architecture and courtyard views to take centre stage.

Soft cream upholstery, tactile rugs and layered bedding sit alongside warm timber, sculptural furniture and considered artwork. From the inviting living room and relaxed dining area to the quiet seating corners and bedrooms, the styling helps each space feel welcoming and easy to imagine living in.

Distinctive architecture. A welcoming home.

Designed by Lawrence & Long Architects for JMH, O House won the Living House – New Build category at the 2026 RIAI Architecture Awards. MKOD’s contribution to the project was home staging, complementing the building’s distinctive design.

The property has received national coverage, including a feature by Alanna Gallagher for Extra and a mention in The Irish Times’ coverage of the 2026 RIAI awards.
