Starting her career in sales Diana moved quickly to combine her two passions, sales and design when she joined the famous Pia Bang on Grafton Street. As Interiors Manager, Diana helped to launch Pia Bang Home, a new venture from the Danish name synonymous with style and elegance, where luxury goods were sold in beautifully presented surroundings.

A chance encounter would lead her to be recruited by Colliers International where she sharpened her business skills as Senior Negotiator in their Country Homes Department, spending seven years negotiating the sales of some of Ireland's largest private homes and estates. In search of a better work-life balance, Diana then changed her focus to lead fundraising and marketing with the Irish Landmark Trust, Ireland's leading building conservation charity, responsible for saving historic buildings in danger of being lost forever, turning them into stunning rental properties for the public to enjoy.

Diana’s career in sales, interior design, real estate and the holiday letting sector gave her a unique mix of skills. With a young and growing family, Diana decided to combine these skills to set up her own interior design company, My Kind Of Design. MKOD has seen strong year-on-year growth and has drawn acclaim from residential and commercial clients with her work regularly featured in the national press.

John offers the business a unique interface between design ideas and IT. As a seasoned IT Manager he has a wealth of experience in managing complex, large-scale projects on a daily basis. This experience along with great visualisation capabilities and combined with his eye for design mean that complex projects couldn’t be in better hands.
